You can get a bike or a driver for how ever much you're able to haggle, but if you do not have a licence your insurance will not cover you for accidents and they do happen. 

Once you get to know your way around walking around through the ricefields is one of the most pleasant things you can do in a day and it's almost always sunny all year round
